To Those I Love and Those Who Love Me


When I am gone, release me, let me go.

I have so many things to do and see.

You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears,

Be happy that we had so many years.

I gave you my love, you can only guess-

How much you gave me in happiness.

I thank you for the love you each have shown,

But now it's time I travel alone.

So grieve awhile that we must part-

So bless the memories within your heart.

I won't be far away, for life goes on.

So, if you need me , call and I will come.

Though you can't see or touch me-

I'll be near and if you listen with your heart,

You'll hear all my love around you soft and clear.

And then, when you must come this way alone,

I believe God's promises are true. I believe Heaven is real.

I believe God will see US through. I believe nothing can separate

Us from God's love. I believe God has work for me to do.

"Believing against the grain" means having a survivalist attitude. Not only can WE survive, but out of it we can create something good. We need to cry out to each other for help and cry out, "God help US believe!"

Each day passes and a new one begins.  Though it is hard to make it through the nights sometimes.  I will live the rest of my days in ~Susan~ honor.  I will have peace in my heart knowing that ~Susan~ was mine. ~Susan~ Was here to make me who I am today.  Yes, there are so many questions that I want answered.  Yes, I do have anger that ~Susan~ is not here with me now.
Yes I want to keep ~Susan~ memory inside me, and share it with those that will listen. Though somedays it is hard to get out of bed I will do it for ~Susan~.  For those people that cross my path when I am having a bad moment, please somehow send them a sign that I am sorry.  For the times when I received a phone call and I dont seem to freindly. please forgive me.
For those that are reading this and feel the same way I do, Please light a candle so I know I am not alone in this world.  Let me know that you too are hurting for the loss of your loved one.  This is the only way we are going to make it through this.....  Together......
~Susan~  was here in body, She is still here in spirit and she is with you always.  Know that when you are having a bad time, and feeling lonely.... ~Susan IS STILL HERE!!!!~  Carry her with you, live your life the way ~Susan~ would have.
I wrote this for the families that have lost a loved one.  You are not alone. but If you are like me, sometimes you feel that way.
